Because our data is aggregated from third-party government databases, it is subject to change without notice. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property availability, waitlist status, or program requirements.
You are solely responsible for contacting the property manager directly to verify all information before touring a property or submitting an application.

3. Free Tools, Eligibility, & Fair Housing

Find My Housing provides interactive tools (such as our Area Median Income Calculator and Reentry-Friendly filters) strictly for informational and estimate purposes.

These tools do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee your qualification for any housing program. Final eligibility, background checks, and compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA) are determined exclusively by the property managers and governing housing agencies, not by Find My Housing.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Scraping

While the underlying government data is public, our database schema, matching algorithms, mapping integrations, and generated documents are the proprietary property of Find My Housing. You agree not to:

Use automated scripts, spiders, bots, or scrapers to extract data, map tiles, or user interfaces from our Service.
Resell, redistribute, or frame our aggregated data as your own commercial product.
Use our document generators to submit fraudulent inquiries or spam property managers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find My Housing and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, liability for non-refundable application fees paid to property managers for housing you do not qualify for, missed housing opportunities due to inaccurate data, or rejected applications. Because our platform is provided to users free of charge, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed $0.00.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in said respective jurisdictions.
